Residences in this neighborhood are packed tightly together, leading to an increase in cost and popularity. Thanks to climate change, the area has become more pleasant, with warmer and sunnier days on the schedule. Ocean Beach and the N-Judah and L-Taraval MUNI lines are all well-known in the area for good schools; therefore, it can be foggy and monotonous here. Numbered avenues where odd-numbered properties are located have a possibility of having ocean views. In contrast, those on numbered avenues 2000 or above have a higher resale value as they are closer to MUNI lines and Golden Gate Park. The standard configuration is 2-3 bedrooms on the upper level, with one bathroom and a garage. On the lower level are more affordable houses in the Parkside neighborhood of the Outer Sunset. Note any reports of insect infestations (there are more droplets of water here), UFPE electrical service boxes, older gravity heaters, and single-pane windows, as well as how much living space the average home has 1000-1500 square feet.
