The Oceanview Recreation Center, also known as the Minnie & Lovie Ward Recreational Center, serves this area's center. The community center underwent renovations in 2014 and now offers several classes and services to the community around it. However, many of the houses in this region are identical to those found in the Sunset district, not all of them.
